Thank you so much to Zoom Optics Parramatta. I don’t have a spare set of glasses and unfortunately my dog got hold of my glasses and crunched and broke a lens.Amy was very helpful by giving me a range of frames to try when I decided I would like new frames.I can tell you walking around with an old prescription in a pair of sunglasses in winter is not fun. Which is why I was thrilled to receive my text saying my new multifocal glasses were ready to be picked up, and in half the time quoted.I received great service and fast delivery.My expectations have been exceeded.Thank you.

Excellent costumer service. The lady who atended me was so kind. She gave me very good advice because I was not sure which frame was the best option. In addition, I got my new glasses so quick. I only waited 1 business day and on top of that she gave me a free lens cleanser.

Overall, this place is excellent. It looks greatly clean and everything looks sterilised, the service there is great and I was attended to in an incredibly short timespan. This place has a large variety of glasses to choose from and the brands sold there are both recognisable and unique. When checking my eyesight, the process was thorough and from there, I received my glasses shortly after that, the glasses ended up being a great quality and I could see much more. It was greatly affordable comparing to other stores. This is a commendable place, I recommend you going.
